Our Lead Mediator is John Bellocchio, who spent twenty years as a senior educational administrator dealing with some of the largest unions in the country on negotiating the most sensitive matters to avoid labor strikes. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Diplomacy and International Negotiation from Seton Hall University, an M.Phil. in conflict resolution from the University of New Brunswick, Fredericton, Canada, and an Ed.S,. in behavioral management also from Seton Hall University. John is a member of the International Association of Professional Mediators, the American Mediation Society, and the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators, and has reciprocity in all fifty US States and all Provinces of Canada.
